If you find yourself discouraged by muffled, weak, thin or flat sounding orchestrations and mockups, you are not alone.
Learning how to create monumental walls of sound can seem like a near impossible task, especially when faced with a multitude of decisions and factors ranging from the arrangement, to the sample libraries, instrument choice, mixing, mastering, and so on.
But what if I told you that in 9/10 scenarios, the reason your orchestration isn’t sounding as massive as you’d like is due to just three key problem areas?
And that as soon as you fix these areas, you can consistently turn around a weak, muffled and confusing arrangement into a brilliant, grandiose wall of sound?
In this intensive workshop, Evenant’s Co-Founder Arn Andersson will take you through timeless principles that will consistently help you improve your arrangements of any style and instrumentation.
You will start by learning about fundamental properties of sound and human hearing, and why this is so important to know about. We will continue by uncovering three of the biggest reasons any orchestration is going to sound bland and muddy, and exactly how we can fix it.
Finally, we will take a sub-par orchestration and turn it around into a balanced, powerful orchestral statement, step by step and show you how to implement all the principles into your own work.
“From Muffled To Massive” is a 4+ hour recorded workshop helping you take your tracks to a new level by learning timeless arranging principles that work for any style and genre of music, and dramatically improving your productions.
