What forms of payment do you accept?

I was previously enrolled in a payment plan for a course. Because of a billing issue, my enrollment has been cancelled and I have been dropped from the course. What are my options now?

If you were previously enrolled under a payment plan towards the purchase of an individual course and have been dropped, we will generate a coupon for you equaling the amount of the payments already made, to be used towards the one-time purchase price of the course. We are not able to resume payment plans for any individual course sales.

Example: Alex was previously enrolled in a 4-month payment plan for Trailer Music Redefined, and has made 3 successful payments of $99 towards the purchase of the course. Unfortunately, there was an issue with his credit card, and was unable to finish the last payment of $99 for Trailer Music Redefined, and was dropped from the course as a result. Alex will then receive a coupon of $297 (3 * $99) to be used towards the purchase of the current price of the individual enrollment of Trailer Music Redefined.

Can I split up my payments?

Absolutely! We offer split payment plans. When you're in the checkout, you'll see what's available for you there. You can always get in touch with our support to get further help with this.
